With more than 40 years of experience and a history of 20 years, Reha Textile has outstanding experience in every field of knitwear production. This wide experience includes many steps from design to production, from packaging to shipping.

Reha Textile's reputation, respectability, experience, and manufacturing capacities enabled the company to be involved in the market. The production facilities in Tokat contributed to this involvement to expand even in a greater sense.

• 3–4 weeks for repeat orders

Manufacturing process

R&D and design

To provide our customers with a seamless experience, we continuously invest in our technological infrastructure and closely follow innovations in manufacturing and global fashion trends. Our R&D efforts go beyond technical development, integrating creative solutions directly into both design and production processes.

Our creative team, composed of product and graphic designers based in Istanbul and Düsseldorf, works with a sustainability-focused and digital-first approach, utilizing advanced tools such as CLO 3D to deliver designs that are both aesthetic and production-ready.

In parallel, our fabric R&D department, led by experienced textile engineers, develops exclusive fabric qualities and collaborates with a trusted network of partner mills to co-create trend-driven fabrics for seasonal collections.

Every design process is carried out with a clear focus on customer expectations, sustainability standards, commercial relevance, and uncompromising quality.

Sampling process

Before moving into bulk production, we prepare customized prototype samples for each style. This process aims to gather our customers’ feedback and ensure that both the design and technical aspects of the product fully meet expectations. No production begins without customer approval.

All samples go through a thorough evaluation by our experienced Garment Technicians, who check each item in detail. Every technical element including pattern accuracy, stitching quality, measurements, fabric behavior, and accessory compatibility is reviewed meticulously. When needed, revisions are made based on customer input.

This phase is crucial to test the functionality of the design, ensure product quality, and minimize any risks before mass production. It also enables transparent and close collaboration with our customers throughout the development journey.

Cutting process

Once the samples are approved, all necessary pre-production tests and inspections are carried out. Before cutting, fabrics go through a controlled relaxation phase, as well as physical testing and compliance checks, to ensure the highest quality throughout production.

The cutting process is performed with full automation using our state-of-the-art Gerber technology cutting machines. Thanks to our automatic nesting software, fabric consumption is optimized and the entire process becomes significantly faster, more efficient, and more precise compared to manual cutting methods.

Sewing process

Once the cutting is completed, the separated fabric pieces are sent to our production partners who operate in full compliance with international quality standards. Each item enters production based on a predefined sewing schedule.

Throughout the sewing phase, the specific construction steps of each style are carefully followed, and the process is monitored by in-line quality controllers to ensure consistency and precision. Each product’s identity card, technical file, and reference sample are kept within the sewing area to guide production and maintain quality alignment at every step.

Quality control process

At every stage of production from cutting to sewing and packaging our expert teams closely monitor the process to ensure the continuity of our quality standards, which are developed in line with our customers’ expectations.

All orders undergo final inspections by our in-house quality assurance team before being presented to the customer for loading approval. This final check guarantees that each product meets the required quality level before shipment.
